Congratulations to our first PhD graduates
Dr Stefano Bonazza and Dr Hannah Coutts, the first two PhD students in The Courtney Group, graduated from Queen's University Belfast.
On 26 June 2025, Dr Stefano Bonazza and Dr Hannah Coutts, the first two PhD students to join the lab, graduated from Queen’s University Belfast.
Both are authors on our papers on MKRN2 and influenza mRNA trafficking (PLoS Pathogens, 2024) and on Myoferlin and late-stage vRNP trafficking (Nature Communications, 2026).
Congratulations, Drs Bonazza and Coutts. We are very proud of you.
